Great storytelling and narration.

I usually am hesitant about single POV but this was very well done. First book with this author and I will be reading the rest of the series.

Great start to this Duet

I have previously read this book when it released as an e-book and I loved having it come to life again through this audiobook. The narrator was amazing and definitely brought forth the emotions and personalities of the characters in this book. I can't wait for the Dual POV in Book 2 as this book was only through the FMC, Cassidy's POV.

The strong women know what they want.

The closeness they indirectly way they attracted to each other. Their slow love developments. I like sensual moments.

Good start. The narrators were awesome but the story was a tad slow! I’m really invested in these character tho

I saw people saying that this series was good on tiktok and I don't always trust people when it comes to good books so I thought now I got to read it for myself and it is pretty dang good!!!

on to Cosa Nostra

I really enjoyed getting to know Max and Cassidy in our thing. I can't wait to read more about what is to come for their story in Cosa Nostra!! I really hope we get to see more of their lives and the other people around them in the upcoming books❤️❤️ I really enjoyed listening to this book. i do hope as the series continues on we get to see other point of views. I can not wait to listen to the rest of the series.

The Butcher Boys 🌶️🥵

This was just a all around enjoyable Aussie Mafia Romance and I will be continuing the series I’m rather intrigued where things are going. This may have just been a me thing I didn’t care for the audiobook the narrator really killed the 🌶️ for me so definitely listen to a sample first if you are considering it. I will say it was bad enough that I already own the second so I’ll probably still listen to it.

I read the whole series first and now Im starting on the Audio and its as gripping as the first read was.. I AM IN LOVE.

No matter how many times I read or listen to this book (and it's been a few), their love story still gives me flutters in the belly and heart. The beauty of the Butcher and the ballerina is one that's profound, spellbinding, and a rarity among other gems found in this genre. I continually find myself drawn back to this book and the intense feels it pulls from me. To see Max soften for sweet, innocent Cassidy is a wonder to behold and will have you seeing heart-eyes while you swoon over his flawed perfection.

If you're a lover of dark mafia romance, please don't deprive yourself of this story! It's a must-read!
