Isaac Petrosian is studying history, his true passion, even though his father wanted so badly for him to take over the family real estate business. But his path is set and he knows he chose well, until his parents are both killed in a car crash. He knows that his father would want him to take his place, so he's now the rightful owner of  the Petrosian real estate (vigilante) business. One part of his job that he's not particularly fond of is the business dinners where he needs a date. For tonight, he's going to call Fairy Tales to hire a professional escort because he doesn't want any personal entanglements. Camilla is in the midst of money troubles and her situation isn't going to get better anytime soon. Her roommate, Yasmin, works for Fairy Tales Escorts and she asks if Camilla would like to go on the date for her. She laughs, until she realizes how much money she could make for something that's not one bit sleazy. It must have been fate because it set up Camilla and Isaac for their very first date...the first of many. There's a very believable instalove, plans made for the future, but when Isaac's business past comes back to haunt him, he has to run for his life. This is a wonderful love story with a well-written "who dunnit." There are surprises you never saw coming, and others that you could see from the beginning. The ending was rushed and I would have liked a little more fleshing out of the conflict at the heart of this story. 
Kelsey Navarro and Javi Wilder did an admirable job with the narration. Their dynamic, well-paced voices paired up with just the right emotion to bring this story to life. 

I Loved It!

Camillia and Isaac's story is sweet, sexy, and beautifully written. Camillia is beautiful, smart, and strong. Isaac is handsome and determined. The story has family drama, and some scenes are heartbreaking. I loved the characters, and the unpredictable twists and turns. Kelsey Navarro and Javi WIlder did an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Nikki Ash never disappoints, and I am looking forward for more from this author and narrators. #TheFlock

stand alone romance

So, this was not the romcom romance storylines that I come to expect from Ash - that being said, I still loved this romance read. I thought it was well written and beautifully narrated - dual narration was perfectly executed and the storyline flowed smoothly. Our main characters are Camilla and Isaac. Both suffered family losses that affected them deeply and it was instant chemistry / love when these two met. However, perfection never seems to last so what will be the cause of the "other" shoe to drop on their happiness? While the storyline flows well - it is an over the top and somewhat predictable line - but still enjoyable and heartwarming. I really enjoyed it!

If you love Instalove, then this is the book for you! Narrators did a wonderful job bringing the story to life.

swoon worthy

I love the way Nikki Ash tells a story. She writes in such a way that you feel every emotion with intensity. You can’t help but be completely captivated. Camilla and Isaac are instalove greatness! I’m enamored by their instant connection and passion. It felt real, not forced at all. This story was incredibly swoon-worthy, steamy, creative, and captivating.

Kelsey Navarro and Javi Wilder were perfectly cast for their roles. Their timing, pitch, pace, and tone were spot on. Kelsey is one of my absolute favorite narrators. I don’t think she’s ever narrated anything less than exemplary. Thank you to Pink Flamingo Productions for gifting me this fantastic audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Steamy instalove with an unexpected 3rd act twist

4.5 stars. This is a very interesting insta love millionaire, mafia-esque love story. Isaac and Camilla meet when she fills in as escort for her best friend for an event with Isaac and he is immediately smitten. She on the other hand, though taken with Isaac, is skittish and guarded and runs for the hills at his advances. He wants another date with her, which never happens in his experience with escorts, so he tracks her down and is determined to get her to say yes.

Camilla’s back story is quite interesting - she’s from a disgraced and outcast family, once wealthy and on the inner circle, and now she’s on her own and struggling because of her father’s mistakes. There’s definitely more to this story and it’s quite intriguing as it all plays out. When Isaac starts to pursue her, she initially does what she can to avoid him, not wanting to be a part of his world, which has treated her badly, and not looking for any relationship of any kind. But they quickly fall hard and fast for each other, he clearly falls first, but she is not far behind. They have a very sweet relationship, but there are darker forces at play and Isaac is determined to keep her safe.

There is a very interesting and unexpected twist in this story. I was quite surprised with how everything played out, and part of me at one point was like “what the…???” But the way everything ends up coming together was really great, and that twist, while brutal and difficult, makes sense for their story.

Overall, really enjoyable, sexy, suspenseful, and interesting. The audiobook was really good, the narrators did a great job bringing the characters to life and adding depth to the emotions and story.

It was a decent listen

I liked the book but it’s not one I would re-listen too. I fess able to pin point the enemy right away. A little bit sappy for me.

Feel good

I enjoyed this. It was predictable (who didn't know who the bad guy was gonna be???) and simplistic and insta-love, but it was sweet and I felt their love and cheered for them. I felt good listening to it.
