Great story about another AMAZING FAMILY!

The ending was just so abrupt. I was wanting more. Hope to read about more Valentine brothers.

I loved the characters and how quickly they fell for one another. One could only hope love was this easy! Great story line and the readers are two of my favorites.

Terrible ending

I had high expectations for this book I love the narrators voices! The book had me going for a minute but then the ending was not what I expected. It just didn't end correctly!

Black love

Wow. I loved the character development and the glimpse of their backstory. Love to see professional upwardly mobile African Americans fall in love!!!! Love the generational love story and the mother and son relationships. Mother Valentine set a high bar for her boys!!!!! Loved how they waited on their ladies 😍😍😍.

Sweet love story

Nice simple love story no frills but still sweet and loving. It gives way to other stories within the same family to follow.

I can't wait for the next one to drop on the 20th. Now I just have to hope that all of the series is dropped on audible.

Close To Perfection

I L O V E this book! I L O V E the narration of this book. I really enjoyed these characters and their chemistry. And although their first sexual encounter was a bit reckless, and they moved extremely fast from stranger to full fledge relationship, I appreciate that there was no childish back and forth of will they won't they and there was very little "fluff" or unnecessary subplots. It was basically just a grownup fairytale romance and I L O V E D it!!

I hope there is a sequel to this. One of the best books I have read.
