Great book on building great teams

I have been following Keith for a while. This book has great nuggets that if implemented in teams can make companies great. Companies would retain employees and their growth instructors will skyrocket. Must read for both employees and entrepreneurs. Great success principles . Loved the book .

A Playbook for Teamship

Amazing insights, it gave me language to many of the practices that I follow but did not have a “term for” such as meeting shifting. It also re-emphasize the importance of agile as a mindset, expressed through team practices. I truly enjoyed listening to it!
