Persuasive essay rather than deeper analysis of nature on the human mind

While I wanted to enjoy this, I found it very repetitive. The same suggestions are mentioned over and over. While the voice over is an AI form, it is not too annoying of a voice. I could listen to it longer, but I felt as if it continued to repeat itself. I value the efforts put into the book and the messages in it. My hopes were a strong understanding of culture tied into nature and how to reconnect. There were themes of this but not as much as I hoped. Admittedly, I did not finish it fully due to the mundane, repetition of it. For someone who is looking to reinvent their life and believe that nature is the way, this is a good book to convince them. It is more of a persuasive essay rather than a study into the impact of nature on the human mind. I wanted to not give a full rating but still leave a comment, thus why I gave it the rating I did. The work of this book is important, but someone who has already “bought into” the idea of nature will find this book dragging.
