Good ideas done kind of flat
There's a lot of fun and interesting stories in this collection, but it feels like they're all a couple drafts short of being finished. They read like reports, listing the events, but not very evocative. I'd love to read a couple of these in a different style. The readers were pretty good, I liked a couple more than others, but I think it mostly has to do with the flat writing style than their abilities or direction.

Surprise Book
I’m not sure how this book landed in my account, I didn’t place an order for it, but I gave it a listen out of curiosity. I enjoyed all of the stories and found them intriguing. The narrators were great as well. If you are looking for something interesting check it out.

Really Weird Stories
Really Weird Stories. I’m not sure how I got through these (probably as white noise) but I did. I’m a fan of narrator Cary Hite - which brought me to this book - definitely not his best work and it may have even been his FIRST work. The narrators were all pretty good, the stories were just weird as hell. I did my time… can’t get those hours back… moving on.
