Nathaniel Parker, born in 1962, graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company. His television career began in 1988 when he played Flying Officer 'Flash' Gordon in the LWT mini-series Piece of Cake. He is also the lead in the BBC series Inspector Lynley Mysteries, based on the novels by Elizabeth George. Nathaniel Parker has an extensive list of audio books to his credit, ranging from the classics of Charles Dickens and Thomas Hardy to more modern writings and children's books.

One of the Best of the Series
This story may be the best yet in the series. More sober, with complicated relationships and disappointments, while still retaining some of the humor. Good job!!

Betty is the worst
I really don’t understand the appeal in Betty. She is such a downer. Other than her, the characters are great, and the story is wonderful.

One of the best in the series so far!
My only complaint listening to Audible on my Android phone, is "download failure" periodically, pausing the ability to listen/play. After closing the app, it starts up again--but it happens frequently during the Bunberry episodes. All other series work fine.

Love this!!!!
I love all the Bunberry books but I really love this one for some reason. Nathaniel Parker is so wonderful with all of the voices. Sometimes I try to imagine him speaking a certain voice and that cracks me up too. 🤣

Excellent and very fun series
Very well written and lots of fun to listen to. I thoroughly enjoy the antics of Liz and Marge and Alphie. Wonderful characters, I look forward to the next book. I hope this series never ends. There isn't a bad one in the entire lot so far. If you like clean, fun and funny who dun its in tiny English villages, this series is a winner. You can't help but love it!
