The cutest audiobook ever

I loved this so much! The story and writing is superb, the body positivity, the romance and everything about this was so cute!!!!
I want my own Jax!
I recommend this for anyone looking for a feel good happy ending about a woman with curves, and finds her happy ending with a sexy celebrity. This book is unique and I just loved it so much! ❤️

Great narrator, fun plot, sexy romance

Hope to read more by both the narrator and the author. Loved the sound of the narrators voice, she did a great job as Vivi, which was a really fun character (super sassy!) and had great chemistry with the heartthrob Jax. Will be reading more by them in the future!

Cute body-positive LA romance

This is a quick listen (especially if you do 2x speed as I do -- done in a day), with a sweet and supportive message. Gallant balances a mix of cute yet quirky, relatable yet aspirational.

The main character, who is the assistant to a famous actor, is generally self-confident (which is a great role model) but has dealt with bullying in her past and faces some judgement for her body. This book takes place in LA with Hollywood movie sets as an occasional backdrop. The overall emphasis of the story is heartwarming as it fixates on acceptance and on finding those who love you for you, be that family or a romantic partner. You can't help but root for the main couple.

The narrator is fantastic: engaging, good pacing, clearly differentiates between characters, and has a smooth voice that fits the protagonist.

A sweet HEA with a few explicit scenes, this is a light book that romance readers will find worth a listen!

Loved this story and the narration!

First of all I really enjoyed listening to this book. The narrator did an amazing job portraying the characters, and was very entertaining to listen to. She did such a great job painting a picture of the story and characters vocally. It definitely drew me in. The plot was entertaining and totally the type of book I was aiming to read. Will look for more work from both the author and narrator!!

Sweet romance

I read this a while back, but the audio came out and I wanted to give it a listen. I forgot how much I loved this book. I think it's the little details, hobbies/likes/dislikes/habits/etc that are subtly placed that make these characters relatable and feel real without having to be 100k words.
It was a nice change to see the major issue the couple had to face wasn't with a misunderstanding that could have been cleared up with a simple chat, but by social issues/past scars/depression in a way that was easy to digest and wasn't too heavy.
I enjoyed the narrator, her voice was fitting for Vivi.
Kitty has a way of crafting cute romance that deals with real life issues.

I didn't want it to end!

Such a cute book. I loved how Jax was a mixture of an alpha and totally sweet cinnamon roll. Both Jax and Vivi were well developed with rich paths and personalities that made them feel like real people. Well they are obviously perfect for each other they still have their own things to work through. Vivi had great internal monologue and she was funny and insecure and strong. Although her mother wasn’t in it too much she still felt like a well rounded character along with all of the other side characters.
I do wish there was a little bit more with Vivi‘s ex boss so we could know that little bit of her past slightly better. Although not having it did not detract from the overall story. It was cute. It was funny. I loved it. I can’t wait to read or listen to more of this author’s work!
I listened to the audiobook and the narrator was really good. Although, I wish she would have made some voice distinction beyond accent for the different characters, it wasn’t hard to follow along. So it’s hard to say if it’s because the writing was so well done or if the narrator pulled it off through The pauses between character dialogue.

All that I wanted!

Comedy, romance and hot sex, all that I wanted! Light, if not a bit jumbled, but entertaining, nevertheless.

Terrible narration

I unfortunately returned this book. I did not even finish the first chapter. The book is probably good ( I wouldn't know now) but I cannot stand the narrator.

Awful!

This was the most boring,uninteresting, juvenile story I have ever listened to. The narrator was annoying. The details of the story made no sense. I made myself finish it because I had wasted a credit on it!
