A great follow up to book 1

Continuing from book 1, this installment doesn't disappoint. Great progress for the characters by the Author kept me guessing about the fate of Grayson and Hugo right up to the inflection point.

Again, with the fantastic performances of the voice actors. This book is a great addition to your library if you enjoyed book 1.

the Samoan

the fact that the author refers to the main character as the Samoan constantly is a little weird, if someone wrote a book and constantly referred to the main character as the Caucasian or the Mexican or the African-American it would also be weird

A bit better than the first

I didn’t see the twist coming. It is definitely a good story and much less disjointed than the first, unfortunately the authors SJW is showing way too much. Her blatant refusal to acknowledge the shortcomings of her female characters, and the portrayal of men in her stories show her opinion on both. It is unfortunate but expected lately.

hooked

loved it from book one, I can't wait to find more from this author. the mc doesn't act op every second like too many stories, it switches from character to character and tells many storylines

Not bad, but not great

I really liked the story, but focusing on the 15 year old's sex life was definitely a bad choice. I would've preferred the steamy parts, if at all necessary, to be focused upon in either QB's chapters or Grayson's.

unexpected pleasure

They had a lot of twists and turns and I honestly did not see a couple surprises coming the Lady Liberty reveal is absolutely priceless

Getting more & more woke stupid

So, *all* the white people are stupid & bigoted, or horrifically-at-heart abusive murderers, or oh-so clueless vapid & racist & "out of touch". And, clearly, what is needed, are *more* bipoc/racially diverse young people believing emotional reactive behaviors are necessary to save the world... from brutally uncaring misogynistic & patriarchally abusive 30-50 year old men of any ethnicity except black, excuse me, African descended American, males. But hey, at least adult with underage teen sex is hand waved, and underage teen-on-teen porn is normalized. I mean, really, that's all just normal now, right? If the 15 year old *looks* 25, then it isn't really pervy I guess? Child grooming, full speed ahead!

Excellent story and narration one of the top superhero stories available on audible. The character development continues.

Boy this story is turning dark. It fits very nicely with book one and leaves you with wanting more.
