Great Book For Parents!
This is a great book for moms that are stuck in survival just trying to get through the day/years. While the book is obviously completely written to moms, I (as a dad) think there is a lot that dads can learn from this book that would really benefit your parenting and marriage if you let it spark honest conversations between partners. Definitely a recommend. Plus it’s got short chapters that allow plenty of the stopping points that parents need!

Everything I was hoping this book would be.
This book was everything I had dared to hope it would be. It was like sitting down with a trusted friend who understands exactly where I am in life. Stumbled upon a gem
I was looking for a parenting book to tell me what I could do better as a mom and how not to make mistakes that would ruin my child. I stumbled upon this book not realizing that it was Christian based. This was a plus. The author opened her heart in the pages of this book and inspired me to be the mom that God would have me to be and not the world’s standards. The Bible study and take action sections at the end of each chapter are wonderful.

Just what I needed
This book was perfect, just what I needed to hear as a mom of 5 soon to be 6. There were so many time I found myself saying, "Wow, she's been there too!" it made me feel that I am not the only mom who has to step back sometimes and breathe and ask God for help. I would highly recommend this to any mom no matter the season of life you are in. Thank you Mrs James for being so open and honest about your life. With doing that you have helped this mom!😊

Beautifully read and beautifully written
I love a good southern, Christian women. Especially one who can speak their reality and testimony. And relate to us in a positive way and remind us just how present God is and can be in our lives.

Loved it
If your a mom you need to read this. And grab the tissues bc she hits it right on the head. Loved listening to it.
