Finally, a Diet Book That Gets It
I've been on the weight loss rollercoaster for what feels like forever. As an endomorph, I've tried countless diets and workouts, only to hit frustrating plateaus. This book, though, is a total game-changer.
The author really gets it. They understand the unique challenges we endomorphs face. No more generic advice that doesn't work for our body type. This book breaks down the science behind metabolism, macronutrients, and meal timing in a way that's easy to understand and implement.
I've already seen real results by following the plan. It's sustainable, it's effective, and it doesn't feel like a chore. If you're an endomorph tired of the same old diet advice, I highly recommend giving this book a shot.

Love the specificity of this audiobook
Food science moves so quickly, and there is so much to learn! I got a ton out of this audiobook. Meal ideas for sure, but a better understanding of WHY to choose the food. Excellent narrator too.

Solid Endomorph Plan
Metabolic Confusion Diet for Middle-Aged Endomorph Women, by Bridget Blanton, is perfect. I am an endomorph, and I love how Bridget makes it so simple to follow a metabolic confusion diet with the 21-day schedule and mail planning ideas. The audio began with relatable stories about people's struggles with weight loss, especially endomorphs. She reassured us that we could still achieve our weight loss goal by understanding the somatotype we were fighting against. She tells us how to calculate our calorie intake using the formula she provided. She knows our metabolic battle and skillfully tells us reassuringly that the weight will come off. Her plan is excellent, and I plan to follow her advice. It will work with exercise and the right food. All endomorphs should be in awe of her for providing excellent audio listening. Thank you, Bridget Blanton.

A Game-Changer for Middle-Aged Endomorphs
If you're a middle-aged woman struggling to shed those stubborn pounds, Bridget Blanton's Metabolic Confusion Diet for Middle-Aged Endomorph Women is a breath of fresh air. This book isn't your typical diet plan; it's a strategic approach to outsmarting your metabolism.
What sets this book apart is its focus on the unique challenges faced by endomorph women. Blanton dives deep into the science behind weight loss, explaining how our bodies change as we age. She debunks common dieting myths and offers practical advice on how to optimize your metabolism through strategic meal timing and nutrient-dense food choices.
I particularly appreciated the emphasis on sustainable weight loss. Blanton doesn't promise quick fixes or fad diets. Instead, she provides a realistic and effective plan that can be incorporated into your lifestyle. If you're ready to take control of your health and feel confident in your body, this book is a must-read.

Weight Loss with Real Insights
What makes this book stand out is its focus on how your specific body type, age, and even gender play into your weight loss journey. I’ve read (and listened to) countless diet books, but this one didn’t just give cookie-cutter advice—it delved into how an endomorph like me (yes, that’s my body type) can finally outsmart my metabolism instead of feeling like I’m constantly battling against it.

Easy to follow and understand
As I age, I look for ways to stay healthy and active. This is the first time I've heard about this diet, but the author does a good job of making it easy to understand and follow. The sections on meal planning and lifestyle changes are helpful.
