This is a great book that the author has put together her experiences with her struggles with mental health. It is funny how some of us do not think that we need support. The author has use this opportunity to share her learnings to ease or make it easy for everyone struggling. I love the short nature of the book and not being intimidated by the volume of the book. Hacks that everyone should know
I really felt a connection with the author’s story and I hope that more unlicensed, “regular” people share their stories of how they came through mental health issues. I would argue that this more relatable approach is perhaps even more helpful then lying on a couch and spilling your life story to a stranger.
The narrator wields a lovely voice that seems to cradle the listener in compassion while simultaneously delivering practical mental health improving hacks that I truly hope will be taught in schools one day. I would love to hear more from this author.

strokes can destroy a life even if you live, you can be left totally helpless. This book reminds us about how small health issues can lead to bigger issues and ways to make sure you stay healthy.
