I'm so ready for #6

wow. just wow. I'm loving the new love interest. and I'm super in love with the Main character and their development. this story is not cheesy but actually well written and has me so hooked. I've binged everything in less than a week I think. I can't wait for the next one.

short fourth book but great story

while this was a short installment and seems each book is shorter than the last I still love this tale. great plot and interesting magic system

something's missing

it feels like the story is missing some kind of through line or overarching goal, instead of our girl just.. keeping it real and studying that magic. I still enjoyed it and know the slice of life style doesn't often have major plots or major goals in it, but, well it's length might've hurt even more. All she did was a couple experiments, hijinks ensued, then it ended.
I'm sorry. I did enjoy it and felt immersed in the world and characters the whole time, but hopefully the next arc is... more substantial, I guess. I don't know, just give me more! haha, thank you author for the story.

still going strong

another solid entry in the series, with a narrator who is steadily becoming one of my favorites.

The first time since book 3 the main character felt like herself.

It's been a rough ride since her character assassination and the events that followed it, but this book was rather refreshing in how, while not rectifying the mistakes of the past, is at least not hindered by them. The book manages to be far more interesting than the previous two, and not held back by the author's mishandling of her character in those same two books.
