AI tools bring tremendous benefits across all business aspects, such as improving the efficiency of business processes, enhancing customer relationship management, boosting marketing and sales, and optimizing supply chain management. Artificial intelligence is exploding and expanding into more and more business industries like health care, pharmaceutical, e-commercial, and automotive. AI will help boost science and humanity's capability into the realms that were beyond our capability yesterday, closer to reality and within our reach. Yet, alongside all the exciting advancements that await ahead, there are looming concerns about how our chaotic world would use and apply this powerful technological advancement for the better or worse. Highly recommended read!
Just one suggestion on the quality of this audiobook: the audio is not balanced between left and right. The sound comes out more on the left side, and the background echo needs to be cleaned up.
