I loved this book

Although not specific to Maryland this book was extremely helpful while taking my real estate certification course

Good resource to reinforce your study!

I liked it! The way they use the acronyms was really useful. Highly recommend and it comes with pdf reference in case you want to read it.

Such a good book and so funny at times too. It definitely helped me with my studies.

Terrible. Better off Looking at YouTube Videos

First of all, there are a million and one mistakes with the audio edits, especially toward the end. During the quiz at the end of the chapters toward the end of the book, the answer is given as they are listening the question and then again at the end. One time, the answer was given with the wrong corresponding letter. Then, after the "conclusion" of the book where there is a good bye and everything, a new INTRO with a second man's voice comes on to introduce the book again and how it's divided. That is followed by another few chapters totalling at least 30 minutes that should have been at the beginning of the book and then, another conclusion randomly. Just totally out of sequence. Even the chapter numbers don't align with what your playback says. Furthermore, the first narrator often had a condescending tone which is just annoying. That coupled with no pauses or breaths between topics/lists, made it a painful listen. I toughed it out because this was important to me, but I would highly dissuade you from purchasing this. There are way better resources online, many of them free or the same price.
p.s. as mentioned before, this is a generic, repacked book for each state and no specific to Maryland save for one mention later in the book.

Misleading info about the actual state

This audio seems like it is not specifically to the state of Maryland. It is just a general overview. Which is misleading because I am studying specifically for the state of Maryland. If I knew it was a general real estate info then I wouldn’t have purchased this.
