Brilliantly Done

Solid counsel

I enjoyed the content, and felt that this book is certainly designated for Christian marriages with me and woman that love one another deeply but could use help starting conversations, gaining insight on one another’s perspectives about sex in general, in order to learn how each other is wired and where our perspectives often come from and often are skewed in a negative way by many outside voices. Once that baseline is set, the book continues to help navigate waters and conversations often neglected by the church specifically to help Christian marriages thrive in every aspect including sexually. I also enjoy the perspectives of scripture presented and how God views sex based on either direct scripture or the context of that scripture. That was very helpful.

for newly weds this book can make the difference in a successful marriage or not. the book provides the most detailed information about intimacy that I have ever read, applying to both partners.

A Great Read for Married Couples

There is a lot to negative feedback on this book and I simply believe it’s not true. This book had a PROFOUND impact on the intimacy in my marriage. There is a great back and forth with both the husband(Gary) and wife(Debra) perspectives which helped me better understand how my wife is likely to feel about different situations. This is such a great book and I hope those of us that are truly seeking information to improve their marriage will read books like this because it’s important. We don’t have to “figure out” or just accept a sexless marriage. This book is evidence that we can have a satisfying marriage. AWESOME READ!

Overall Thoughts

Absolutely loved this book. My wife and I for years have been in and out with our intimacy due to past issues and proper understanding of what God really has for us by design.
I loved this book, not only did it help us with our sex life. It also helped us to learn to connect and dig deeper into our friendship and emotions. We are now stronger than we ever and are learning to walk together as one.
