I found myself entrenched in the content, plan and overall vision of what is described in here. it truly is a blueprint to starting or reviving a runaway managed services company. Very Helpful
Getting started as a MSP is quite the large task. With this book, you will learn the ins and outs of starting a MSP business and how to operate it using the authors best practices. Now that I've seen the author's name, I am finding he's quite active in the computer service industry. Who knew? This is definitely worth the read if you are thinking about starting this type of business or you're still beginning.
