Very nice series a few continuity problems but great stories
I think my only problem js that book 1 had lyle feigning magiclessness but being a caster then it reverses back for books 2 and 3 but this is a great series lots of action, intrigue, developement and day to day life packed into a trillogy very worth it!

Nice slice of life series
A good slice of life story.
Our MC is a retired guard and decides to move out to the country side to start over. However, the town and its people aren't what he was expecting.
Good narration by Marcus and Alexa.

Not a fan of the series
This author has some good, and some bad books. This one is solidly middle of the road for him. It doesn't build any emotional connections with what happens to the characters. The story is kinda slice of life, with light action. There's a poorly realized subplot romance. Overall, i won't be recommending it, or discouraging reading, as it's not bad, but it's not really good either. Just feels uninspired.

Absorbing LitRPG Fantasy
I really enjoyed this whole series titled, "Mana Harvest: The Sword to Ploughshare Saga" a lot. There were three books in this omnibus. The first book followed Cid as he retired from being a soldier to becoming a farmer. The second book established his life within the community. The third book detailed how far Cid was willing to go to protect his new life. The stories were delightful and engaging. I enjoyed the characters. The style of writing was as addictive as playing a game. Marcus Jahn's and Alexa Roosevelt's narrations were entertaining and added to the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily posted this review.

Great Series
This was a great slice of life story about a retired city guard with a lot of pride, dreams and aspirations, and an unfortunate ability to get caught up in any and everything that wont let him enjoy his retirement. The depth of the story was great. The character evolutions and interactions were perfect. All in all this is a fantastic series anyone should find enjoyable.
Marcus Jahn and Alexa Roosevelt gave a phenomenal performance throughout the series.
