Listening order note: Can be listened to as a stand-alone.

While the authors recommend listening to both the Made Marian series by Lucy Lennox and the Protectors series by Sloane Kennedy, it isn't required in order to understand the story. At the least, you may want to consider Grounding Griffin (Book 4, Made Marian series by Lucy Lennox) and Unexpected (Book 10, The from the Protectors series by Sloane Kennedy) to get a little bit of background. However, this novel, despite being a crossover, has been written in a way that it can be listened to on its own.

I went into this one having only listened to the Made Marian series, I was worried I would feel like I was missing something since I haven't listened to the Protector Series and to be honest I did but only a tiny bit and that just made me want to start that series right away. The only reason I would say that I wished I had finished both first is because I knew all the Made Marian characters and felt like they had all these friends I wasn't privy too LOL. I loved this story even if it was a little insta-love for my taste. I also loved all the alpha men with cute kid moments. I'll be impatiently waiting for the rest of the Protectors series to be on audible.

The narration was good. He isn't my favorite but he is growing on me.

I have always enjoyed listening to Michael Pauly. I think this book was written and expresses such wonderful feeling and how that u can actually have love with a whole new family given a chance.

Made Mine

Loved this listen! Sloane Kennedy and Lucy Lennox blended the series’s together flawlessly. Now I have to go back and read/listen to the Made Marian series because I have already listened to all of the protectors series. Michael Pauley did an awesome job as usual.

Totally Awesome

I could not put this book if i tried it was just amazing lucy and Sloane are just damn good at what they do. I was so happy to revisit all the protectors and Marian’s and Reese and be are just beautiful together.

Michael Pauley doesn't fail to bring the Marian family to life once more. His versatility for such a large cast of characters truly shows through. Lucy and Sloane hit another one out of the park on this crossover.

I just finished 𝘔𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘦 for perhaps the third time {I’ve read the book maybe a half dozen}.

It’s a great story, but this particular time, I was really hit in my feels!!

I have absolutely fallen in love with the Marian family. For real. Finished that series and saw this book. I will now have to go back and read the rest of this series because it would've made more sense. But, I absolutely enjoyed this story so much.

Bravo! Lucy, Sloane, and Michael.

This book will get you teary eyed for sure. Yes, it does involve a child but trust me you'll have a different view after listening to this book. My only complaint of this book is that it's too short.
