I prefer RC Bray's narration, but Ray Porter did a great job with the character.

Please produce more and more Tyrus Rex and his backstory! It is so intriguing to watch this character involved and to see the development of his strengths and his weaknesses. Thank you galaxies edge team!

one of the best series around! cant wait for another installment. cant say enough good things about it.

Excellent commentary on current events.

Great story. You could really pick out parallels to the past and current events. Several of the characters were clearly actual politicians and moguls from todays news feeds (at least in my interpretation). I loved ever minute of it.

Not the political preaching other reviewers claimed

Yes there is a political connection to the events in the story, but there usually is in this universe.
And I didn’t see a reflection of our political landscape or a propping up of any specific political ideology as others have claimed. Sure the authors could have come up with a better name than “the socies” for the antagonists but even they were not the same as the young activists and protesters in the real world that other reviewers compared them to. And the real antagonists embedded amongst them are definitely not a representation of what we see in the real world. I thought it was a good story overall and enjoyed the escape from the real world into this fictional one, mainly because I did not project my own political beliefs into the story or any of the characters and as a result I saw no obligation to take a personal stake in how they were represented.

Performance by Ray Porter excellent as usual.

For those that are concerned with audio dropouts mentioned in the previous reviews, they must have been fixed. I didn't experience anything like that.

Book. Miss R C BRAY(embarrassing edit) History better than the previous ones in my opinion, I might forget much of the first I listen to at a free website (which also includes all galaxy edge s series, why I neither own the serie or reviewed it, wherever this review goes).
