A Moose is Loose

Ashley Baldwin takes her dog Moose to the vet and is greeted by her ex Vet Peyton Maxwell. Breaking up during college had been awful and twelve years later she still hurts. Peyton came home with her daughter to be closer to family. Moose is a great character and the narrators do a great job.

LOVE BITES

A nice romance story the pet dogs talk with a comedic relief. I enjoyed it but wasn’t one to keep me from stopping and going to sleep. Doubt if I skill wang to revisit. Just a nice reunion of two old lovers.

Narration was good.

I loved this book!

I read the ebook and also listened to the audiobook. This book has so much going on. It's cute and funny but also intense and real. The audiobook is especially entertaining. I liked the male narrator for the dog sections and the female narrator for the main parts of the book. It's got dogs and kids and family and drama. It's got all the feels. I did wonder why the two main characters don't have Southern accents when the rest of the characters do, but that does help to tell the characters apart. The writing is good. I did catch a few small errors, but they didn't impede my enjoyment of either version of the book. OMG, just get this book already, in any format!

Moose makes the book.

As an owner of a dachshund, getting to listen to this story not only from the characters perspective but from Moose's perspective was perfect. such a fun book to listen to. Chose it on a whim and so very glad I did.

Moose Is The Man!!!

This is a wonderful book. It's multifaceted, quirky, cute, infuriating, intense and just totally lovable. I wasn't prepared for the multiple voices aspect but it was a really nice addition. Ms. Bruce deals with real life emotions and situations with a big splash of humor. You will totally fall in love with all the characters and the story. Hope the story continues.

Adorable & very unique!

If you are a dog lover, you need to listen to this book! (even if you aren't, still listen!) Lila Bruce puts a unique spin on this adorable story of Moose, the dog and his mom. I thoroughly loved the commentary between Moose and his friends. Of course, there is also the human story as well. Awesome job, Lila!

Nice Change

I really liked that the dogs in this book have voices and conversations. And I liked that there was a delay voice actor for the dogs’ POV! I did not, however, love the voice for the dogs. If not for that, 5 stars would have been in order! I did really like Paige Reisenfeld’s voice and narration.
The story was cute and funny and charming, if somewhat predictable. Misunderstandings and some drama, but not too much. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook and found it worth the credit.

different but oh so good

I swear I wasn't expecting a love story like this one and it's true what the other critiques mentioned. Moose and Evis were the highlight of this book. must listen, I mean there is laugh real issue women face and of course the HEA... definitely recommend

One of my favorite books

This was one of the best narrations ever. Such a great audible. I loved this book and the narration just made it that much better. Brava!

Perfectly Narrated

A cute, quick story. I really enjoyed getting the dogs perspective on things. It was a fun twist, and really added to the experience. The narrators did an excellent job and brought this book to life.
