It was a fun and informative book to listen to. I was captivated by the creative headlines and humor used throughout the book. The book is full of diverse and applicable tips that are easy to implement immediately. The narrator delivered the information with a warm comforting voice with great resonance which was pleasant to listen to. I enjoyed the fullness and richness quality of the narrator's voice immensely. I Highly recommend this book! I learned a lot and I have already started to implement many of the tips that were discussed. I can't wait to gift this to the special people in my life...

Awesome!
Fully enjoyed this audiobook from Karen Salmansohn. I love her mother’s narration and the tips were really good. I highly recommend this book to anyone who’s desiring better health and a longer life.
