Hi friends, my name is Glenda, and teaching foreign languages is my passion! There are a lot of different ways to learn a language—studying books, taking a class, or even watching foreign movies. But I’m an auditory learner. I have to hear and repeat the language to make it stick. In fact, when I was a teenager taking Spanish classes, I would often make my own (cassette) recordings and study for my tests by listening to them.
All learning methods are valid! But there is only one you can so anytime and anywhere, and that’s what you’ll experience with this audiobook. Plus, you’ll get a free downloadable transcript, so you can read along or take notes.
I have taken great care to choose vocabulary and sentences that you can actually use! Each chapter is for a new situation you might find yourself in. For example:

The audible " Learn Spanish in Your Car" I found to be a splendid way to pick up the Spanish language without much stress. Finding the time to learn any new thing can sometimes be daunting. Refreshing my memory.
I think I took 7 years of Spanish all together. Yet, somehow I never became fluent. I haven’t thought much about it for years, but I got this audiobook to keep as much of what I learned as possible. And, yeah, it works. I’m retaining a lot. And I can respond to the woman - great practice. I dig it.

A chapter for everything.
A lot of books cover the basics - travel vocab, how to check in at a hotel, words you might use on a plane. But this audiobook gets into tons of interesting spaces. Words about religion. How to talk to kids. And I love the chapter “When Problems Occur.” You need to know that stuff too!

Perfect for the car.
I have been listening to this little-by-little, and I love it. The narrator is fantastic, and she slows up the pronunciation enough so you can hear exactly how to say things. That’s a giant help.
