Absolutely WORTH it!

The fourth book in the series, Leaders Made Here, provides a detailed blueprint for creating a leadership pipeline within an organization. Miller emphasizes the importance of identifying potential leaders, fostering growth opportunities, and holding people accountable. This book reinforced my belief that effective leadership isn’t left to chance—it’s developed with intention and structure. Implementing these principles has strengthened my team’s capacity and prepared us for sustained success. For anyone committed to developing leaders, this audiobook is an essential resource. Absolutely WORTH it!

Great book on leadership, culture and so much more. More companies should listen in and take note.

Good information.

The book gave some really good ideas but the narrator is distracting when doing the impersonations.

Great leadership concepts; awful narration

I’m weary of another leadership parable, but the concepts for building a leadership culture are worth it. Concepts are concise and easy to understand and flexible to adapt to your organization’s needs. In fact, it gives a step by step plan to get the foundation going.
The narration is awful. The reader should NOT have used different character voices which bordered on ridiculous. If the concepts weren’t so good, I would have returned this one.
Consider buying the book.

These book adds to Mark "Heart of Leadership" and "Chess not Checkers". Thanks for putting into words several of my hearts desires for my organization. This is a must read for anyone on leadership.

The many voices of the narrator

Personally, I don’t like the narrator. It’s the same guy who uses different voices for the different characters on the book. I find that it’s more distracting and “campy” rather than helpful in listening
