Always good info from Gopi Krishna
I have a few Gopi Krishna books and bought this as a short read I can do in a day. Great info on kundalini as usual but was disappointed for 2 reasons.
1) I'm not going to spoil the material but will say that somewhere towards the end he makes a kind off contradiction to his other material which although is not significant but leaves me wondering why the change of heart.
2) I know everyone's path is different but im still wanting to here more from GK himself on his actual methods of meditation and kundalini awakening/mannaging/ unblocking etc which is not in here.
All in all well worth the price though. I would highly recommend his Kashmir Discourses audiobook to anyone as this is a 12 hour gem given live, so many years ago, in his own voice, to a group of seekers in Kashmir with some parts out of the blue giving me goosebumps!
