surprise awakening

I woke up off of a line in the Gospel Of Thomas it was marry logic w emotion. I did and related the feeling I got with a previous profound spiritual experience of my self worth on psylociban and became aware of nothing instantly. That was in April of this year the worst and best year of my life! life kicked my ass but I took whatever it threw at me catched it with my teeth and threw it back. now I realize it was Ganesha putting obstacles in front of me. I had my very first successful meditation with visions and I saw a baby elephant on a bathroom vanity. looked up the mythology of Ganesha knew nothing before hand realized you need his permission... not only did he give me permission but he cleared the obstacles and life is falling into place. Im still homeless but I can say 100 percent that I have 0 problems ZERO. The past few days have been confusing... During meditation I would focus on a spiral in the stillness and get this feeling of a magnetic force grabbing the bridge of my nose to where it physically hurt. I have a painting business I started in my van when my house burned down... so my nose is clogged constantly so the magnetic force grabbing my nose I took it as unclog your nose dumbass lol. It led me to Yogi rythmic breathing and the realization that I was having a Kundalini awakening Wich I had no knowledge of before this book I feel truly blessed! The book put things into perspective for the rest of my life! Thank you.

Kundalini Tricks

Excellent and insightful information on kundalini, mudra's meditation and kriya's. LOVE the illustrations and description of what it does to help you energetically. Highly recommend!

What a waste of time

Repetitive. No depth. The narrator is terrible to listen to. Find something substantive to deepen your practice, because this is a huge waste of time and embarrassingly and horribly written.
