As Teresa and Lian become closer, they find the line between friendship and romance can be a blurry, confusing thing.

Great follow-up!

I enjoyed the first book much better than this sequel but I wasn't at all disappointed. I can honestly say, this was the Grady transgender romance I've read and Lian and Teresa were just too cute and they tip-toed around their feelings for each other. I can't imagine how difficult it was for Teresa to go 15 years apart from her family and then, another year she a half living right under their noses. Reconnecting with her sister Vivian and then, falling for Lian was likely just what Teresa needed to give her the courage to try and face her family as her true self.

A good book

Not the best I read these past few weeks, but a good one, well written, likeable characters and well narrated.

insightful

I appreciated the nuanced insight regarding neurodiversity and trans-issues. Where the first book in the series was more about the sexual intimacy and dynamics, this one is more about emotional intimacy (ie not hot and spicy)

Was an enjoyable read.. love how the sequel follows characters go from book 1 to 2. Love the reconnecting of the sisters

excellent series

although I'd like to have a few more books in the series I'm glad I listened to both. Great characters, engaging storyline, excellent narration. sad it ended.

As a transgender woman and lesbian I have to say I love seeing more representation for people like me. On top of that this series has been wonderful for representation all around. The story is excellent, difficult subjects are handled well and the narration is top notch. This will definitely be on my list of frequently re-read books.

Pleasantly surprised..

Honestly, I purchased the audio hoping to hear what’s happening with April and Vivian. As I truly enjoyed Wanting Her. Rated a 5 because of April and Vivian being involved. Would love a sequel of their story. Teresa and Lian relationship development was endearing and not what I was expecting at all.

In a world of change how do you fall in love. In a lost family if hurt and demise.

This story was good not as good as the 1st one in this series but nevertheless still good. I hope a 3rd book will be done for Zoey.
