Chef Carrie Ann Cole is about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime - an assignment as the new Personal Chef to the Royal Family at Kensington Palace. But no sooner has Carrie Ann touched down across the pond and donned her apron than a dead body crops up beneath the royal kale beds.
With one assistant dead and the other soon under suspicion for his murder, Carrie Ann is scrambling to keep her kitchen up and running. Not to mention she gets off to an immediate bad start with the tempestuous Royal Chef Butterbottom, who has a bitter taste in his mouth since the prestigious position in the Royal Family's kitchen was given to an "over-privileged, under-educated American chef."

Entertaining
This series is similar to the White House Chef mysteries, and. I didn't think I would like it. I was wrong. Although it's similar to another series, it's still an entertaining book I enjoyed this book and look forward to the next one.

Entertaining Mystery
Initially I had my doubts I thought the book would be too much cooking and less mystery but I am glad I purchased it. It was what I was looking for a good mystery with a bit of cooking and a bit of romance. Hoping for a new book with the chef to solve a new mystery.

What I liked:
-Being in the palace! What a fun, unique setting.
-It was clean, but not immature.
-Good fun.
-Good mystery.
-The love drama. While romance wasn't the main focus, it was an interesting side story. I liked how it ended.
I liked this book, but won't be continuing the series because I found the narrator to be irritating. I liked it enough though to finish the whole thing, and I still recommend it. Maybe I'll try reading the second one.

From the very 1st sentence of this book everything about this story the story itself the performance the execution the diction everything is phenomenal I recommend this book very highly I hope you enjoyed as much as I did I'm going to read the entire.

Ehhh
This was just okay. Didn’t connect with the main character, her sleuthing was just being nosy and blurting out people’s personal secrets, then you have her in a dysfunctional relationship that she can’t let go of, then does after kissing someone else. Ehhhh

A clean read with some fun facts
A new venue for a murder. At least it wasn’t a winter lodge somewhere. The characters were a little unbelievable (a hit man working in the kitchen for royalty?)
