Loved TJ!!!

I have been impatiently waiting for TJ's book ever since Dax's book. And boy was this one definitely worth the wait! TJ is just an awesome man who knew he made mistakes but was willing to do whatever it takes to right those wrongs. Milena is one of the strongest women that Ms. Stoker has written about. She went through so much and still stands tall and strong. The narrarator is great, you could feel the emotions that she was trying to convey. This is all around a great listen!

Every book that I've read by Susan Stoker is written with a future thought of a book making it to at least lifetime or Hallmark station movie for a guy & girl.(Lifetime/Hallmark are movie stations in USA N.A.

Yay TJ!!

Yay TJ!! He finally got his story. Many years ago he had to leave the love of his life to save her. She deserved to be with someone better than a broken soldier. It was one of his biggest regret letting her go.

Now a successful highway patrolman with loyal friends and a good life there was always something missing. That something rather than someone was Milena. He had all but given up finding her. Until one day he receives a call from an Army Officer to investigate an orphanage where Milena works at.

Out of all the guys, TJ was the most intriguing to me. What does TJ stand for? Why is he always alone? Was there ever a special someone in his life? All these questions and more were answered in this book.

Milena was a great match for TJ. She was strong but had a kind heart. After hurting her all those years ago, TJ had a big wall to climb to get her back. It was fun seeing him climb that wall to their happily ever after.

This story had me hooked. It had drama, suspense and most of all a love story that I will want to read again and again.

Awesome!

Susan Stoker is just plain awesome! Love the way she tells a story and the wonderful characters she creates. Her books are an automatic download for me. Narration was excellent as always.

TJ is the man!!

I’ve been waiting for TJ to get his book. I knew there was a lot we didn’t know and couldn’t understand about him as a highway patrolman and as to the man he is today. Being a former Delta Force Soldier has shaped him into the man he is now. When Melina - his one true love - comes into his sight and gets into double, the man will do anything he has to, to make sure she is safe.

Many secrets and inner demons are brought to the surface during this book. I laughed, cried and whooped and hollered during this book. I absolutely loved this story!

Powerful Performance

JT Rockwell and Milena Rhwinhart continue the Susan Stoker Heroes series with their tale of second chances, healing and hope. The story winds around a house of horrors for girls as they find each other again while JT protects Milena and their son.

extremely well written and pulls in so many characters from the series. Narrated flawlessly and with great feeling.

Above and beyond

These books are heavy in the criminal world and have awful crimes but Susan Stoker knows how to build a story and keep you reading. Loved the dynamics between the characters
And the narrator as always was fantastic!!

Great books....all of them!

It all started with Protecting Caroline. I have read & enjoyed everyone of Susan Stoker's stories----the Protecting series, the Claiming series, the Justice series, the Rescuing series, the Shelter series. I am looking forward to the rest. My time has been well spent reading all of the books!

Good story; too heavy on the f-bomb

I enjoyed the story; didn't enjoy the language as it wasn't necessary to the plotlines.
Not sure if the performance needed such dramatic voice changes as they weren't believable anyway.
