Loved learning about Baron Baptiste
The first two chapters are great! It describes the theory behind the Baptiste yoga style and how he created. I am knew to this yoga style so it is very interesting. The only reason why I gave a 3 star to the story is because the last 2 chapters on which the poses are described are difficult to follow..

Journey Into Power review
I don’t understand why so much was left out. I purchased this as a follow along while I read the book I physically have in front of me. In Chapter 3 & 4 much of the information is left out. Part 3 and 4 of the physical book is not in the audio at all. Disappointed in that.
I gave this a good rating because I enjoy that the author is reading the book and it is enlightening powerful information.

It differs from the written version but it is still great!
The poses that were omitted from the reading were confusing me since I followed along in the book for that part of it, but overall, this was well-prepared and well-read. Hearing the Sanskrit helped a lot.

Inspiring
I've just listened to this again, and now I'm excited to get back in shape. This book has excellent advice for changing your mindset and diet. The yoga segment has pacing that describes the poses well, but not in a way that you can follow along easily.

Love his practice not his voice
Incredible book although it is different then the hard copy. He cuts out a bunch including diet. Still amazing and great to listen to while practicing!
