Awesome, Magic and Fantasy

Where does Jeff Madison and the Shimmers of Drakmere rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The strong narration of the excellent writer Bernice Fischer and the powerful voice of the actor Matt Wolfe, are a real jackpot if you want to hear a great work of art. The content is unwrapping as a film tape, fast and dynamically. The characters and their experiences move in the sphere of the fantastic, which is dangerous. Evil, magic and nightmares on one side, and, Jeff, our little 12 years old hero, on the other side. I simply adore the triumph of good over evil, as in real life. My advice, don’t miss this awesome Audiobook, by no means. Give it a listen with your loved ones.

the entire story had charm and was so entertaining that my kids never wanted to turn it off!

A Delightful Story

Would you listen to Jeff Madison and the Shimmers of Drakmere again? Why?

Jeff Madison and the Shimmers of Drakmere is an unpredictable and exciting adventure, packed with mystery and suspense. The story reminded me a little bit of the Chronicles of Narnia, it is cleverly constructed, very fast-paced with many twists and turns. From the first chapter there was not a dull moment in this book, I listened to it in just one sitting! I am really looking forward to see more from this author and from Jeff.

Not only for children but for adults as well.

If you could sum up Jeff Madison and the Shimmers of Drakmere in three words, what would they be?

This is a very cute fantasy adventure about a boy who is trying to rescue his brother from the kingdom of Drakmere, a dark and magical place where witches, dragons and many other scary creatures dwell. Both me and my son have enjoyed listening to this audiobook, storytelling style was excellent with very well developed and intriguing characters. I can't wait for the next book in the series to come out and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a fantasy genre!

Great adventure story told in amazing voices. I could not stop listening, I could not find a follow up adventure I hope the author has started the next book I would like to join her on other adventures.

Would you listen to Jeff Madison and the Shimmers of Drakmere again? Why?

Because I am not a native English a good narration means everything to me, and narration at this audiobook is AMAZING! I saw on Twitter that it is nominated for "Best voiceover" at the Voice Arts Awards and it was a reason more to purchase it. „Entertaining, fun and exciting“ is how I would describe this wonderful adventure in three words. It is suitable for all ages (not just kids) and I highly recommend it to all the fantasy lovers.
