Great for long drives

These stories were quite entertaining. One of my favorites is one about going to outer space. The vocabulary section was helpful especially when referencing the PDF companion document. The narrator reads aloud all the not-so-obvious words from the story in the order which they are presented in the story first in French then in English. I did listened to it on 1.5x speed and skipped directly to words I didn't understand in context, then went back to the story to listen to it in context again. Great stuff

10 Beautiful French Short Stories

All of the learning without all the boring. Exciting intermediate French stories that range from outer space to ghost stories. Complete with a vocab section, summaries and questions. Challenging enough to learn new French, but not overwhelming. Fluency is really all about the amount of phrases you know and this book has tons of them. Highly recommended. I was bored of traditional learning materials so I looked for alternative ways to learn French. I stumbled across this audiobook and was stoked with the purchase.

I was truly surprised by how much I actually learned from listening to these stories. he narrator is very professional. Well done! I'm looking forward to more from Touri Language Learning. The best part about this audiobook is that I can keep going back and back to re-listen to the stories. With more complex sentence structures this audiobook gave me the extra push I was looking for to become fluent in French.

Taking Your French to the Next Level

I enjoyed the narrator's storytelling abilities. Simply a great way to refresh and even pick up some new French. I tend to put this audiobook on when I'm in commute making it easy to learn French on the go. I find it's a very productive way to get some learning in and a good use of my time. Love the companion document as well.

Another good one from Touri

I've reviewed several of these now (via codes in exchange for an honest review) and I have yet to find one that I didn't like. They always give loads of vocabulary in an easy-to-understand way and this book is no exception. I always learn new and useful things with this series!! :)
