Easy listen.

This is a fantastic tool for improving your French on any level. While I consider myself "almost fluent" in French I was entertained and enlightened by this material. I reaffirmed what I already knew and discovered a few surprises as well as correcting a few faux pas I had been making for years.

Maybe a little higher level then Beginner

This is a great resource for those trying to learn French. My only criticism is that I feel it's not completely set up for true beginners. It goes through each story in French and then explains it afterwards... which I wish it would take it a sentence at a time and translate to English. I did really like the vocabulary parts throughout the book, I felt those were very helpful.

I have really enjoyed this book

the audio really helps on how to pronounce every word in French. As what I've experienced, if you are learning a new language, it would be an advantage if you know how to pronounce it as well and not just learning how to write or use it in a sentence.

The idea of teaching the language through stories

It helped me to understand rules to French that I hadn't known before because I was never introduced to it from a higher level teacher. There were words in it that I knew and understand.
