I wish...
I love the story line, I love the book itself. I wish that the narrator wasnt so.... bland. she isnt monotone perse, it's that she doesnt do inflection or much change when it comes to other chart. I do like how when its supposed to be a phone call or mind to mind that it seems more distant. that was a nice little twist.

I love these books I don't see myself not reading all of them granted some are a little better than others but you get so deeply involved with each character that it's hard not to get attached and feel some sort of way emotionally when something happens to one of the characters in the series

I was hoping she would town down the sex scenes in this one. First 10 books you have a Christian almost prudish Anits Blake. The 11th book she turns into a nympho with explicit scenes and by book 13 shes into beastiality.

50/50 sex vs story
I felt there was almost more sex than story, which is the opposite of the first few books. This is unfortunate because I love the stories & mysteries. The sex sometimes adds to the overall, but often gets drawn out too long and interrupts the flow.

Horrible Narrator
LOVED this book! The narrator however, not at all. She made EVERY man's voice soft and feminine. Why?! Why does every man speak softer than Anita. It was extremely awkward during the sexy bits.😕 Also some of the pronunciations, like "weerwolf" were awful. It distracted from the story.

Another great story by LKH!
I love these books! As soon as the audiobook became available, I preordered them. the narrator does a great job with the voices and the story. And LKH delivered another can't put it down novel.
