One of My Go To Fun Listen Series

This series really should be read in order, however, there is enough information given to make them ok on their own. It is one of my favorite series to binge-reread and it always leaves me feeling good when I'm done. The characters are very relatable, and likable. The books are so well written with mysteries that keep you guessing, that these books become "Habit-Forming" to the point that my high school-age children (boys and a girl) are also addicted to the series. Book 12 doesn't disappoint, the mystery is fun and keeps you on your toes. I hope there are more to come in this series.

The narrator is one of my favorites. He does a fantastic job with the character's voices, accents, and acting. He makes this series more fun to listen to.

Parents- PG13- middle grade and up read
Language: none that I remember
Violence: normal to the genre - nothing overly graphic
Sexual Content- kissing, married couple references/thoughts to bedroom activities but nothing detailed

The BEST John Picket book yet!!!

I so enjoyed this book and all the humor and twists and turns. I’ve enjoyed most all of the Picket books but this one by far stands out. It’s a good plot and kept me wanting more. The narrator is simply FABULOUS!!!

A wonderful surprise!

I bought book one of this series hoping for a decent listen and ended up falling under its spell. Joel’s verbal art of telling Sherri’s story grabbed me and I fell helplessly in love with the characters. After 12 books, I am truly sad that the series is over. Maybe Sherri will continue with Kit or baby John’s story!!

These books just make me so happy 😁

This book has all the warmth and sweetness I've come to expect of John Pickett. the mystery isn't as mysterious as some, but it's a great addition to the series.

Great characters

Love this series. The audible version really brings the characters to life! Looking forward to more from the author. Sherry Cobb South writes such enjoyable books.
