Disappointing

This book was so cringy. I've never rolled my eyes so many times while listening to a book.

Don't do it!

I struggled to finish. Writing was terrible and cheesy. I couldn't stand the main character, and every time Eric called her Blondie I eye rolled bc it was so annoying

Strong characters

I enjoyed this book. I was hooked from the beginning. Although some of the reveals in the end were slightly underwhelming, overall it was a good light read. The characters were solid and the basic premise was something new.

My least favorite by far

I am reading all of Kristins books BUT i could hardly finish this one! All of it just too unbelievable and sappy. Colby must be something to have all these guys in love w her

Waste of credit and time

No story line, boring and the narrator sounds drunk and did not keep my attention or interest

Disappointing

I was expecting a thriller but, in my opinion , this was not one. The narrator was good.

Sorry 😞 but boring

I have loved everything I’ve ever read from this author, and this one was very difficult to even finish .

I have listened to every Modglin book

I love Kiersten Modglin’s books. They are a easy to read or listen to and they are not too long. Sometimes I think they can be too short. This book didn’t hit the mark for me. It wasn’t a mystery really. The main character was annoying. I couldn’t stay interested and skipped chapters to get to the end faster. This was a miss for me.

Too many repetitive words and phrases; the writing is on the cheesy side. Tears streaming g, staining, filling, falling, sobs, sobbing…GAH!
I can’t stand it when a character cries constantly at a pin drop. Also, why do the main character’s relatives have southern accents and she doesn’t?

Disappointing

I usually love this author. But this book was very disappointing. So many details left hanging! I was shocked by the poor ending. My least favorite of any book.
