Great book. She writes in plenty of twists. A new author for me to enjoy!

Just finished reading this book. I thoroughly enjoyed the read. I especially liked the way the
story moved through the book. I'm looking forward to reading more of her books.

Good twist

Started a little slow but really good once the pace picked up. Good narration. I really liked that a male voice was used for the male character & a female voice for the female character instead of a male or female doing both parts. Good twist at the end.

Another great one from Kiersten Modglin!

I have loved all of Kiersten Modglin's books, this was no exception. Even thinking I'd figured it out there were parts i was wrong about and twists I didn't see coming!

The narrators weren't my favorite, but weren't so bad that I couldn't listen, just had to speed up the reading.

Overall, a great book!

I love all your books. I've listened to well over 20 audiobooks of yours. This is the first one that I did not like either narrator, at all.

Love all her books! Twists and turns are amazing! You never know how it is going to end.

I am so torn...

The story itself is good. Like Kiersten Modglin's other books it's a clean and simple story with lots of twists. It was interesting and kept me listening. As with her other books, the second half of the story proves that the first half of the book contained an unreliable narrator. Which is fine, and allows for the twists to come, but it keeps me from connecting with the character.

As for the narration... I didn't think I was going to get through it at first. I hate to be tough on the narrators, I can usually see good in them but the male narrator's accent was horrific. It sounded like someone doing a parody of what they think a southern woman in the 50's would sound like. But as it went on, I got used to it and that horrible accent softened a little, but it was still painful. The woman narrator was better and that's the two stars.

Twists and Turns

Just when you think you know where this story, nope think again. I don't want to say too much to give away anything.
This is more fun when you go in knowing nothing.

This is a great and entertaining listen, the narration was very well done as well, adding to the story.

Recommended when you want a good mystery/thriller.

My thoughts: This was crazy! I added another Duncan book to my TBR. I thought I knew what was going on but I was wrong.

Recommend to others: Maybe. It's has a classic style but modern crazy.

Intense story.. Great character building. The suspense is crazy.
From the beginning you'll like the sweetness of this couple, and wish good things for them, but behind it all there are some Crazy secrets and the nightmare begins.
The twists and turns..... Ups and Downs of this story comes to a Shocking ending. Was an intense journey...... You won't want to miss.
Excellent Author keep on writing 👍
