These prayers in the prayerbook I Abandon My Heart to God are reflections and meditations for numerous occasions in praise of God, in adoration of Jesus Christ, honoring the Holy Trinity, seeking the intercessions of the Mother of God, celebrating the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. For the salvation of souls.
The mystery of God’s presence is shared with each of us in the communion of the saints. We are invited to share the prayers of our author, R. M. King, who expresses in words the meaning and depth of the treasures of God. This book of prayers helps us to know God, Jesus, Mary, and the saints through a life of surrender, conversion, healing, and consecration.
Each of us is a treasure of God. We are created in the image and likeness of our God and we are treasures of His Kingdom. God speaks to all of us in these prayers from the life of an author touched by the presence of God, Jesus, Mary, and the saints. The lost and forsaken can be brought to a realization of the treasure they are in the eyes of God.
God’s presence is special for each one of us. I recommend this book as a means to share in the treasures of God in the communion of the saints. These prayers can be a source of inspiration, comfort, and strength to many people. We are privileged to share the treasures of God in joy, peace, and love. God, Jesus, Mary, and the saints become our refuge and our strength in the time of our greatest need. Through lives of surrender, conversion, healing, and consecration, we can become treasures of God in the communion of the saints.
