Calming yet Refreshing

A perfect listen when you need to do some soul-searching or just reflecting on life, a great resource for anyone looking for a way to deepen their relationship with God and scripture. In general I love most affirmations as they have an amazing calming effect. Not being a particularly religious type myself wasn't sure what to expect but simply loved all this audio.

I highly recommend this audiobook. Listening while driving helped me to not get frustrated as I let the calm voice and the Word of God fill me with peace.

I love how the author conveys the essences of these selected scriptures into meaningful messages -- nuggets of inspiration -- that I can meditate on. A wonderful daily reminder

This book is wonderfully presented with short and well selected scriptures. Like affirmations to keep you focussed and positive throughout your day. I’m not religious but there is a common guiding energy that nourishes the soul. A great addition to anyone’s toolbox for emotional balance.
