I would imagine this would be a good book for someone who's a total newbie. For someone who has any idea about writing or possibly has already started their manuscript, I'd say this was a hard pass as there is nothing new you will learn

Listening to the book and taking notes was special. He gave me areas to look I did not think about. I can do this. May take me longer than a weekend.

Generally I have a dislike for the maelstrom of short ebooks and audiobooks self-published by wanna-be "experts". This isn't one of those cases.
