Very informative

I liked the step by step approach and the clear explanations. It is a great resource to keep going back to. Would highly recommend this book.

Very informative, if not a little dry.

This book was very informative with relevant information; and the author made some dry sections as animated as he could. Not very long so not difficult to get through at all. Great first step at starting an online business.

this book was just what I was looking for to finalize my plan to start my online business. I just want a check off list to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything. I got that and more!!

Get this one in print folks

reader was annoying. he sounded fake and the tone did not match the style of writing.i will be getting the book in print though. it's a very good reference for anyone starting out with an online business.

Information galore! I will read this book over and over because it's full of very good information on starting an online business. This is a must read to get started.

great for someone deciding whether or not to start

there is a lot of info to digest, take your time and listen to it over and over and let it sink in

Nothing you can’t “Google”

Gave little to no advice outside the basic principles of entrepreneurship. The book is an absolute waste of time and money. A shotgun blast of useless nonsense. Painful to listen to; my ears are bleeding.

Comprehensive but somewhat unscrupulous

Overall the book was quite informative with lots of ideas for a successful online business. It is straight to the point and I like how it is organized.

My issue is with a few of the suggestions they make such as to go to corporate rather than local banks, and to shop Amazon rather than local office supply stores. While it does make sense because these are cheaper or more convenient ways to do business, and I do know this is a book supporting online shopping, but as a small business I try my best to support local brick and mortar businesses as much as possible. I go online for what I cannot find here, and the online store I am going to open will offer items not found around here too.

Another qualm I had was the encouragement to "friend" everyone you possibly could on Facebook, even people you don't know, just to have a larger audience. This is poor Facebook etiquette and comes off as sleezy. Along the same idea the book suggests to start emailing people you haven't talked to for years to bulk up your contacts....this to me is very rude and gives people the impression that you are using them.

So in conclusion, I think the book has several good takeaways, however, I think people need to use their common sense to decide which strategies are not the most ethical for an honest business with a good reputation to use.
