Road to enlightenment
I really enjoyed this book it has sparked a sense of peace and willingness to learn more about the art of shamanism. In terms of, how to help heal others who suffer from loneliness and social isolation. Will recommend this book to others most definitely. Grateful for your generosity Destiny Sky! There is no “how to”
This is not a “how to” at all. The “true stories” were mildly interesting, enough to keep listening… although I did skip ahead 30 seconds more than a few times. I purchased this under the premise that it would walk me through sage smudging my own home. Unfortunately, google gave me better instructions. The narrating voice didn’t even attempt to do this story justice, but then again they didn’t have much of a script to work with. If you’re looking to smudge & cleanse your home for the first time, save your money. This won’t help you to get through or understand the experience.
