This book was written well. It is short but highlights key points and ways to overcome a breakup.

After listening to this book I now feel like I have more confidence to let go of the damaging relationships Im in. I particularly loved the chapter about creating a vision board, Im actually going to get started on that tonight. Great listen for the ladies who are struggling with getting over someone.

I just got out of a toxic relationship, and I haven’t been able to let go of all the pain and anger built up inside of me. I really felt that I had no worth as a person and did not know how to start to get back to the woman I was before my relationship. This audio book has given me so much advice, guidance, and most of all hope that self love is the first step to letting go. I throughly enjoyed listening to this and will definitely be giving it another go, thank you so much.

Good short lesson, straight to the point. Non-repetitive. However, her British accent got in the way of my concentration from time to time. There were some pauses that lead to a few incomplete words.
Did I learn something new? Perhaps that there’s a lot more people going through this personal pain than what I thought so it made me feel included per say, like I’m not cursed or it’s not just my bad luck. Especially the part of being cheated on, oh lord.
Overall, it’s a good inexpensive buy.
