Must read for everyone! Thoroughly enjoyed the topic and the ideas. I agree that we are seeing the fall out now of the “ME” trend.

Must read for women

Interesting perspective. Wish I listened to this years ago. Recently married, and I consider myself independent and successful, and think this book had some good advice!

Good advice even for a happily married woman

I can only imagine the reason someone wouldn't like this book is because they are unwilling to distance themselves from the second and third wave femanist movement. I loved this book and I have been married for 12 years. It's always good advice, especially when living in a society that constantly undermines motherhood before establishing a successful career, to hear that there are more pros than cons over staying home and raising a family. Great book. I only disliked the narrator because she was too robotic for me. I couldn't tell when she was quoting someone as there was no change in tone or voice and no emotion, even when making a joke.

Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about the information because of my upbringing. Like the author said. I may not agree with her but try it out. So I will. This book was engaging.

I'll just stay single if this is what is expected of me. it's a hard pass

This book is crap

Title says it all, don't read this unless you really only mostly want a husband and a bunch of babies and nothing else out of life, the author strongly discourages anything more in ones desires.

Terrible book. and I rarely leave bad reviews

there's a lot of conjecture with no evidence to back it up. please do your own research and consider a more balanced approach.
