Acerca de esta escucha

This is the authorized biography of Jimmy Hoffa, whose disappearance in 1975 is one of our country's most famous unsolved mysteries. From humble beginnings in Indiana, James R. Hoffa rose up the ranks and eventually became the leader of the world's most powerful labor union. There were those that wanted to bring him down, perhaps, none more interested than Robert F. Kennedy.

Adored by millions, feared by some, and despised by others, Jimmy Hoffa had an incredible journey, and author Jim Clay was there with Hoffa to tell his story, in Hoffa's own words.

I found Hoffa’s view of himself very interesting. He apparently never did anything wrong. Sounds like Trump.

I think this author was conned by Hoffa. I know 2 trucking companies in Detroit was paid off his Teamsters to settle a collective bargaining agreement. While he may never have touched the money, he knew about it. He was guilty as hell.

Didn’t realize this was written in 1965. I think history since then has uncovered who he really was. It also showed RFK was more formidable than he was made out to be in this book.

Hoffa’s view of himself is interesting.
