There's a blur in the distance. Is that a mirage? No, its a deadly, satanic-looking male with a bare chest, huge black horns and a barbed tail racing right for me. I scream as this monster looms overhead.

I've got you, female, he says with a deep, gentle tone. I'm taking you to my ranch. I will protect and care for you.

He scoops me into his massive arms and I promptly faint from both panic and exhaustion.

The Curvy girl gets a man!

I love this series and I hope there are many more to come. the stories are filled with romance (a lot of instant attraction) Where the curvy human woman gets her man, her alien man. Where the alien men are 99% honorable 😉 the only thing I can complain about is the use of the F*** bomb. But that is my personal issue. It does not effect the quality of the story.

Monsters love curvy girls series gained another romantic Hyrrokin love story. Mica is a strong, intelligent, brave, and stubborn human woman that finds herself chased by the mafia. Thorn is a hyrrokinian male that own and operates a profitable ranch. When he finds Mica in the wilds being stocked by predator, he knew she was the one he wanted. He'll protect her with his life.
Lots of wonderful characters, element of danger, some adventure, some romance and steamy with a happily-ever-after. A must read or listening to alien love story.
The audiobook is done very well. The narrators, Joy Beharie and Patrick Zeller, does a wonderful job and makes listening very enjoyable.

I almost always like this authors books. this one was a slower start for me than usual. It does get good you just may have to be patient.

Thorn and Mica

Story: Mica (h) comes to planet Tarvos only to find she’s been deceived about her responsibilities and is on the run from the Hyrrokin mafia when she’s caught in late rainy season storm. Hyrrokin rancher Thorn (H) comes to her rescues and takes her to his home, offering her safety and a place to heal. Thorn is attracted to Mica, but he realizes he needs to move slowly to help her recover from the traumas she’s unwilling to divulge. Mica and Thorn begin to connect with one another, even as she worries her secrets will catch up with her and put Thorn and the other Hyrrokin on the ranch in danger. Loved how protective Thorn was of Mica, even from his family and friends, yet still respected her need for their relationship to move at a pace she was comfortable with. Great to have Prince back and the new Flagstone stories look to be a great addition to the Hyrrokin-human stories. Loved this alien-human romance with plenty of heat, drama, and action. While all the Monsters Love Curvy Girls stories are technically standalones, I think they're best read in order to get the whole flow of things and because they’re all such great stories.

Audio: The narrators, Joy Beharie and Patrick Zeller, did a really great job with this story. The audiobook uses a male narrator and a female narrator – I always appreciate when an author goes for the additional costs of having two narrators in a duet style. Zeller does a good job with the tone he brings to the male voices, and Beharie gave Mica a voice that seemed to embody her, as well as other female voices.

Love this series and I can not love Patrick Zellar voices as any of the Hyrokkin male voices. A human female escapes her employers household. Fearing for her life she runs in the rainy season in a Forrest with wild species waiting for their next meal. But is found my a scary looking hyrokin male. But he reassures her she will be safe with him. Can she trust him enough?

I love all of those books excitement the Roman was wonderful just enough sex. I want more of the hurricane meeting their mate. Didn’t want it to end.
