Surprised

Surprisingly a really good story. It was captivating and kept me engaged. Sweet story well written.

Captivating, Heartwarming and Innocent

This classic story about the adventures of a young girl, Heidi, whose heart remains pure in spite of hardship and whose innocence brings out the best in others is truly inspiring and such a refreshing read in this day and age.

A wonderful classic and a delightful read. Surprised I waited to long. Loved the whole thing

Wonderful story!

Enjoyed the story though out. Will read it again I'm sure. Wishing I was able to share it with my granddaughters when they were younger.

Great Included Listen!

I was pleasantly surprised that this book was so well done especially as it was included with membership! The narrator was great and the clasic story of Heidi was lovely to listen to!

High literary and moral content!

My daughter and I loved this classic. When I was young I haven't read this but I'm grateful that my daughter and I were able to read and enjoy this book. It promotes high character, trust in the goodness of God, comradery, friendship and love of nature. Every child must read this.

overall pleasant

the story is of course, wonderfully pleasant. and as for the narration at first I thought she sounded weirdly robotic and stagnant (i cant think of any other words to describe it), but as
the story went on I realized that actually she does a very good job of narrating. she played haughty Ditta's character so well, and even though she is a girl, she.played Alm Uncle (or Grandfather) perfectly. she did Heidi and Clara amazingly. overall had a lovely time listening to this book.

Ejecución es muy buena, historia muy religiosa

La ejecución me pareció muy buena Lamentablemente en la segunda mitad del libro hay demasiadas referencias religiosas para mi gusto
Una lástima porque sin ellas considero que me hubiera gustado más.
Me agrado la positiva actitud de Heidi aunque a veces roce un poco lo delirante.
Sin embargo, el libro es producto de su época y eso limita su proyección

Good book for audio

Well read. I enjoy listening as I go to sleep. This is a great audio for that or for listening to it you've not read the book in younger years.

Narration lacking

Heidi is a great little story that reminds want to cherish the more simple things in life. I recall reading it over and over as a child and wishing I could live just like Heidi. The story still holsters same appeals to me however this narration is very lacking. It was rather choppy and robotic and almost at times sounded like a computer generated voice which I found somewhat distracting from the story overall. There may be a better narration available..if so I’d choose it.
