What a fantastic audiobook. I really loved this book since it gives us guys great advice on how to control our eating habits and get rid of any bad ones. I wholeheartedly urge everyone to read this book because it contains all the knowledge we require. How to lead a happy and healthy life is explained in this book. perfect book to start the year
This audiobook should be on everyone's favorite, the amount of value this audiobook added to my value has no measure. I have many men in my family, but knowing and understanding their health benefits is essential. I am essentially the leader of the family and I cook the most in the house, so having basic knowledge about men's health is vital to me. Watch what you put in your body!
This audiobook is about setting your life up correctly in terms of health for men. It highlights the most critical aspects of a healthy diet and even provides a nutrition guide. Staying Healthy
When I received a copy of this book I was very pleased as I've always had a problem with healthy eating and losing weight. It seemed like the only way to lose weight was to eat virtually nothing and exercise all day long. Of course, this is incorrect and this book really straightened me out. I particularly liked the section on replacing belly fat with lean muscle. Good book, 5 stars.

Amazing Audiobook For Healthy Eating For Men
I really enjoyed this audiobook for staying fit and managing weight loss. It touches upon very important factors such as macronutrients and not only eating to lose weight but for a better life. I found it to be not just filled with knowledge but also very inspirational especially as we start the new year. The narration is also crisp and very easy to listen to. Well-done to the author.
