Acerca de esta escucha
"It takes killer instincts to survive in an Arizona retirement community.”Salvatore isn’t an author, as he claims. In fact, Salvatore Cabella isn’t his real name. A successful assassin for the past twenty-five years, he was trying to retire when his girlfriend in St Kitts was kidnapped. Unless he whacks someone in the witness protection program before they can testify, she’ll be killed. Following instructions, he moves into an adult retirement community in Glenwood, Arizona.
He’s affected by the smiling residents and their bizarre lifestyle. He discovers he longs to enjoy life as they do. Walking home from Happy Hour, he finds his latest neighbors and a US Marshall have been slaughtered. The local police team up with the US Marshall Service to hunt the killer(s) down. With everything at stake, will he save his girlfriend and retire, or will his friendlier self get him killed?

Fun easy read. Bonus if you know what Trilogy is
The book's first half accurately describes members of our communities' daily lives.
It is a very positive representation of our members and community.
The builder of our active adult community should have given a copy of this book to anyone considering buying here.
After describing the community and characters, the plot develops into a murder mystery and a love story.
I have been listening to audible books for 25 years. The computer-generated reader was done very well.
Better than the average real reader.
The author is one of our very own members. And I have visited with him at the cigar and wine clubs. No pink flamingos. 😊
Thank you, Frederick Wysocki and Audible, for offering this to us.
It was fun
