This book has helped me to change how I look at myself. Mark does a great job narrating the book while displaying his desire to see people advance.

Great guide to love oneself

I really loved the points made in this book. first of all the importance about recognizing that there is a problem, and how to fix it by first realizing that we need to accept Gods love to be able to love! that was the first half of the book . I kind of got lost in the 2nd half because I felt like he elaborated so much on some points. I thought some chapters could have been a bit shorter, but I could see that some people who were in denial, would need some more examples to realize how they were not loving themselves. I love the story of shame and Adam and eve. I wish he would have used more bible references like this . I thought this point was great and very impactful
